What you will be doing

As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth and fostering strong customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to make a significant impact in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Develop and execute strategic vision and direction for driving revenue and profitability.

Create and lead the sales strategy to grow revenue, expand market share and penetrate deeper into existing customer base.

Mentor, motivate and lead Sales teams to achieve goals while developing a high-performance sales team.

Analyze and optimize revenue and opportunity streams, including pricing strategies, upselling, cross selling and other techniques.

Collaborate with other teams in the organization to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.

Develop and manage the sales budget in collaboration with sales directors and other groups.

Leverage data analytics including market and emerging trends for new growth opportunities.

Nurture key relationships with strategic customers and vendor partners. 

What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related field.

Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a successful track record of driving sales growth.

Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer behaviours.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to drive revenue growth and foster team success.
