Technical Specifications
The IPBNA2/02D is a clear pre-insulated aluminum power bar designed for connecting aluminum and copper conductors in electrical distribution applications. Its two-port design and double-sided conductor entry provide installation flexibility in confined spaces and allow conductors to be inserted from either side.
Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, this power bar is rated for 600 V and 90°C operation. The connector is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor to help protect the contact area from oxidation, moisture, and contaminants. Removable access plugs help keep conductor and screw ports clean prior to installation.
The factory-applied plastisol insulation offers high dielectric strength and eliminates the need for additional taping. Clear insulation allows installers to visually verify proper conductor insertion during installation. The insulation is also UV resistant, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and will not support combustion.
