Aluminum Black Pre-Insulated Power Bar 2 AWG–750 kcmil, 3-Port | Techspan® IPBBNA7503S

The IPBBNA7503S is a black pre-insulated aluminum power bar with three conductor ports and single-sided conductor entry. It is designed for use with aluminum or copper conductors and supports a wide conductor range from 750 kcmil to 14 solid.

The body is made from high-strength aluminum alloy. It is factory insulated with high dielectric strength plastisol. The black insulation is UV resistant and helps protect the power bar in demanding electrical environments.

This power bar is rated for 600 volts and 90°C. It is cUL listed and marked AL9CU. It is also RoHS compliant.

Each unit is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor. This helps reduce oxidation and helps keep moisture and contaminants out of the contact area. Removable access plugs are supplied over the screw and conductor ports to help protect against contamination before and during installation.

The pre-insulated design helps reduce the need for taping. It can save installation time and help reduce overall installation cost. The insulation is abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant. It will not support combustion.

Typical applications include panelboards, cable trays, raceways, ducts, and troughs. This product is suited for contractors, installers, and electrical professionals working with multi-conductor power distribution connections.
