Aluminum Black Pre-Insulated Power Bar, 4 Ports | Techspan® IPBBNA6004S

The IPBBNA6004S Black Pre-Insulated Power Bar is designed for power distribution applications where multiple conductors need to be connected from a single source. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, it is dual-rated for both aluminum and copper conductors and suitable for systems rated up to 600V and 90°C.

The factory-installed black plastisol insulation provides high dielectric strength and UV resistance. This insulation helps protect the connection while eliminating the need for additional taping during installation. The housing is also abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, and will not support combustion.

To improve long-term performance, the power bar is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor to reduce oxidation and help prevent moisture and contaminants from entering the conductor contact area. Removable access plugs cover conductor and screw openings to provide added protection prior to installation.
