Technical Specifications
The Techspan IPBBNA2503D is a three-port aluminum pre-insulated power distribution bar designed for terminating and distributing copper or aluminum conductors. Its double-sided conductor entry allows wires to be installed from either side of the connector, providing added flexibility in tight electrical enclosures and distribution equipment.
Built from high-strength aluminum alloy, this connector is dual-rated for aluminum and copper conductors and is suitable for 600 V applications operating up to 90°C. The connector is pre-filled with oxide inhibitor to help protect the contact area from oxidation, moisture, and contaminants, supporting long-term electrical performance.
The factory-installed black plastisol insulation provides high dielectric strength and UV resistance. The insulation eliminates the need for field taping, helping reduce installation time and overall labor costs. Removable access plugs protect conductor and screw openings from dirt and contaminants before installation.
