300 kcmil 1/2" 1-Hole Short Flared Barrel Copper Lug, White | Techspan® BLU030SFL

The BLU030SFL short flared barrel copper lug provides a secure termination solution for 300 kcmil conductors and 4/0 AWG diesel locomotive (DLO) cable applications. Constructed from high-conductivity seamless copper tubing and finished with a tin plating, the connector is designed to support efficient electrical conductivity while helping to resist corrosion in demanding environments.

Its flared barrel design simplifies cable insertion, making it particularly suitable for fine-stranded and flexible conductors. The barrel geometry also helps minimize conductor strain during movement and flexing, supporting installations where cable flexibility is important. An integrated inspection window allows installers to visually confirm full cable insertion before crimping.

The connector features a one-hole tongue with a 1/2 in. stud hole and color-coded barrel marking that includes die index information for easier identification during installation. It is compatible with Class B, C, I, K, H, G, M, and DLO conductors and works with Penn-Union, Burndy, T&B, Huskie, Greenlee, and Versa-Crimp style tooling.
