2024 Smart Manufacturing Event Raffle Terms and Conditions

• By entering the raffle draw, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below and available at https://www.gerrie.com/Solutions/2024SME-RaffleDrawTermsandConditions: 
• The raffle is run by Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions which is a brand of Gerrie Electric Wholesale Limited. 
• The raffle is open to entrants over 18 years of age. 
• A maximum of one entry per individual is allowed. 
• Entrants must be registered and checked in as an attendee at the 2024 Smart Manufacturing Event and physically present at the event. 
• To qualify for entry into the raffle, you must respond fully to the survey, which is available via QR code or in the email sent to you.  
• There will be three draws, one for each of the following prizes: 
  • A charcoal grill,  
  • A portable pizza oven and  
  • A CAD500 travel voucher. 
• The winner will be drawn at random from all three draws among the eligible submissions.  
• Prize winners will be removed from the draw and will not be eligible for additional prizes. 
• Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions’ use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 
• The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
• Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if necessary. 
• You agree to receive future communications from Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions relating to the event and the content of your raffle submission. 
• You agree to permit Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions to capture and use audio and photographic images of you during the event as well as for use in the future for promotional purposes. 
• The raffle winner must be physically present at the venue to claim a prize; otherwise, a new draw will be made to select a new winner.   
• If needed, Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions will plan and coordinate the delivery of the prizes with each prize winner. 
• You consent to the information provided in your draw entry being used by Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions to administer the raffle draw. 
• All raffle participants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected]. 
• Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or other negative consequences suffered by any raffle participants because of either participating in the raffle draw, being selected for a prize or future use of a prize awarded to them. 
• Gerrie Digital Industry Solutions reserves the right to cancel the raffle draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
