Viewing Your Invoice/Proof of Delivery

With Gerrie, you can view your invoice and POD online. First, you must be logged into your account to view your invoice/POD. Once logged in, click on My Account on the top right corner of the webpage.


After clicking on My Account, you will be directed to the Account Dashboard. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Invoice Status or Proof of Delivery under the My Account heading on the bottom left side of the page.
Note: If you click on Proof Of Delivery, you will be redirected to the Invoice Status page.



Search for your invoice using the tabs on the top of the page to view invoices from the last 30, 60 or 90 days.

Change the start and end dates to see past invoices that are more than 90 days old. Click on the start and/or end date field and use the arrows to view previous months then select the calendar date of the invoice you want to view.

Click Search after you have filled in all of the fields needed to find the invoice of interest.



Invoice search results display the date, invoice number and order number. Click Next and Previous at the bottom of the page to view more search result pages.

Click on the invoice number of the invoice you are looking for to view the downloadable invoice PDF.

The Invoice PDF file will include the customer signature to indicate proof of delivery.
