What you will be doing
This position is located at the Oakville Lighting Studio and assists with the sales of merchandise while providing exceptional customer service. You will also:
SALES TASKS
Manage customer inquiries in store and over the phone
Interact with customers in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service to all
Assist designers with lighting needs
Communicate with vendors to determine product availability
Provide merchandise quotes to customers
Process payments for Lighting merchandise
Check inventory and source/order products as required
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom

What you bring to the table
Prior retail experience is a strong asset (Home décor, interior design and/or lighting preferred)
Experience within the lighting industry is an asset
Must have a friendly and outgoing disposition
Must be computer literate
Must be sales savvy
Ability to multi-task and work in an organized manner
